Sands Reviews Myers' New Book

Phillipe Sands, international law scholar, reviews Richard Myers' new book in the new edition of the New York Review of Books. It's well worth a gander, especially as it also manages to outline the path to the torture policies of the Bush years, from inception to eventual downfall in the 2006.
